Whilst the Marine Bill is dominating proceedings there are a range of other policy initiatives affecting the marine environment. The aim of this meeting will be to explore a wide range of recent policy developments including the Planning Bill, Marine Objectives, The European Marine Strategy Directive, the use of Impact Assessment and devolution in light of the introduction of the Marine Bill to understand how these will interact.
