4-step Booking Process

There are four steps on this web site to booking, registering and paying for a conference. After each step, an Order Summary is presented so that you can confirm visually that the information has been correctly received.

At any point you may leave the booking facility and continue to browse the web site, returning to the Order Summary page at your convenience through the offices of the "Order Summary" icon and link which will appear automatically at the top of every page, next to the CMS logo and will remain there whilst a booking is in progress.

Step 1: Booking

Shop around the site, booking conference places as desired.

To delete a Booking, simply enter a 0 in the field and re-submit the form.

To amend the number of places, simply change the number to that desired and resubmit the form.

Step 2: Registration

At any point after making a booking, select the "Next" button on the Booking form to go the Registration page, where you can enter delegate details and register for the conference.

Registration details can be edited at any stage of the process by making a change to the form and re-submitting.

Step 3: Billing

At any point after Registering the delegate details, click the "Next" button on the Registration page to proceed to the Billing page, to enter card billing details. A link "re-use Delegate details" is provided for convenience which will automatically populate the Billing form with the details entered for the delegate Registration.

Please note, you need to make an explicit choice of email preference, that one isn't chosen automatically. Billing details can be edited at any stage of the process by making a change to the form and re-submitting.

Step 4: Checkout

Once the steps of Booking, Registration and Billing have been completed, the "Checkout" page will become available. We use a third-party merchant provider with industry-standard transaction security who will securely take your credit card payment on our behalf and return you to the CMS web site when the transaction is complete.

Booking, Registration and Billing details can be changed by using the links at the top of the page to re-visit the approprate page, making the required amendment, re-submiting the form and returning to the Checkout page.

After this point, the web site cannot be used to make further changes can be made to the booking, registration and billing details.
