The Wastewater and Urban Drainage Conference
11 November 2009
Hilton Blackpool Hotel, North Promenade
The aim of this conference is to update stakeholders on the latest technical developments in urban drainage and runoff/surface water management. Using the workshop principles the conference will also be used to set objectives for future R&D needs in this area.
The objectives of the meeting will be to:
- Inform delegates of the key messages of recent research programmes including the Surface Water Management Plan Pilots and the use of integrated modelling techniques.
- Describe the latest technical developments and innovations in urban drainage studies, including both data acquisition, modelling and asset management techniques.
- Provide a forum for delegates and stakeholders to influence the development of future methods and procedures.
